I'm looking for female to take over a 1 year lease at Tetro Student Village for 2017-2018 school year. (Lease goes from August 1st - July 31st, 2018 but there's the option to move in before August 1st). **FEMALE ROOMATE IS MOVING IN SHORTLY** Monthly rent is $675 (internet, cable and parking spot included). This fully furnished two bedroom apartment is on the second floor, is located close to the pool, and has a large balcony. You'll have your own spacious bedroom, bathroom, and closet. The shared kitchen and living room have all appliances including a washer/dryer and a TV too. Here at the complex there is a pool, sand-volleyball, basketball and soccer court, grill area, fire pits, dog park, 24 hour gym, office area, game area w/ a pool table, free starbucks coffee station and more. Tetro is conveniently located right across from the UTSA main campus (1604 and Babcock) and there is a free shuttle bus to the campus throughout the day.
